The dining chair by Poul M. Volther from 1951 is recognizable as a classic from the golden age of Danish furniture design - and yet completely different from many of the contemporary chairs. The three horizontal backrests ensure good seating comfort and some completely different lines than many modern dining table chairs – where the lines were usually vertical. It is an elegant expression recognizable as the predecessor of Poul M. Volther's most famous piece of furniture: the Corona armchair. J48 is available with and without fabric and leather seat and without upholstery. All J48 chairs have a very high level of comfort.
