To celebrate this occasion, Fritz Hansen launches the Egg and Swan™ armchairs with a black coating used for the first time for the frame and in exclusive upholstery fabrics.The Egg™ and Swan™™ armchairs in the anniversary collection are equipped with a PVD-coated black frame, which is used for the first time in the furniture industry. Vanir – Granite Brown (373), designed by fashion designer Raf Simons for Kvadrat. A new upholstery fabric that will be available exclusively from Fritz Hansen in this colour in 2022. The beautiful Swan™ armchair was designed in 1958 by Arne Jacobsen for the lobby and lounge area of the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen.
